Mohawk Technology Receives Excellence Award from Operation Action UP

Marquette, Mich.— Mohawk Technology was selected as one of four Upper Peninsula companies to receive a 2021 Business Excellence Award from Operation Action UP. Recipients are selected based on significant contributions supporting the economic well-being of Michigan’s UP.

Companies received the awards at Operation Action UP’s Annual Meeting in February 2022 at Northern Michigan University’s Northern Center in Marquette, Mich. At the event, each company was asked to tell their company’s story, including a brief history, current work, Upper Peninsula employment and projections for future growth.

Founder Jay Isaacson and head of operations Nick Peterson spoke on behalf of Mohawk Technology, after being introduced by marketing consultant Tom Isaacson.
